DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

We are pleased to confirm we now offer gift vouchers to give as gifts to be used at a date of the recipients choice.

HOW MUCH ARE THE TEEPEES TO HIRE?

Please see our children's party packages page if you are looking to hire for your child's birthday or similar event. For weddings, baby showers, luxe picnics and other events please contact us for more information.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash, Cheque, Paypal, Card payments and Bank transfer.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TEEPEE'S REQUIRED TO MAKE A BOOKING?

We offer our teepee packages from a minimum of 2 teepee's. At present we have 6 teepee's but please do not hesitate to contact us if you require more as we are constantly growing our business and would be delighted to help wherever we can.

HOW BIG ARE THE TEEPEE'S?

Our teepee's are the following measurements:-
Width: 1.2 meters
Length: 1.08 meters (This is without the airbed and accessories so please allow approximately 2 meters in total length space to accommodate for the airbed and accessories.
Height: 1.54 meters

WHAT KIND OF EVENTS DO YOU CATER FOR?

Sweet Teepee Dreams can cater for a range of events to make them extra special. We specialise in children's sleepovers for birthdays and at Weddings but can cater for baby showers, luxury picnics, Christmas, Halloween, Pamper treat days, Hen parties (Where children will be present), Christenings, Easter and any event you are looking to add entertainment for children.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

We have a strict policy that we ask customers to read and adhere to regarding avoiding pets, smoking around the equipment etc. Any damages must be paid for in the event they cannot be rectified.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE BEFORE BOOKING?

At Sweet Teepee Dreams we aim to make any event as special as it can be. To enable to give us time to plan your event accordingly we ask to give us at least 1 weeks notice for a child's party or a minimum of 3 weeks notice for a wedding but booking ahead of time will give a better chance of availability. However, please contact us if you need us as we may still be able to help.

WHY ARE THE MATTRESSES USED FOR WEDDINGS DIFFERENT FROM THE CHILDREN'S PARTIES?

The mattresses' used at weddings are soft foam matteresses' whereas the one used at children's parties and sleepovers are airbeds. This is due to the significant amount of people at weddings and avoids any damage to equipment that would be most likely caused at bigger events.

DO I NEED TO MAKE SPACE FOR THE TEEPEE'S?

Yes. We ask that you ensure there is sufficient space before we arrive to setup at your home/venue. Please ensure any furniture in the way is moved beforehand to ensure quick setup.

CAN YOU DECORATE MY ROOM BEFORE MY EVENT/ HELP WITH PARTY FAVOURS?

Yes we absolutely can. We offer tailor made packages whereby we work with you to ensure we get the right decor for your room/venue. We can offer tableware, balloons, party decorations such as banners, doughnut walls, party games and sweet cones to fit in with your child's chosen theme.
